I love this “guilt free” recipe for chocolate chip cookies! Made with whole wheat flour & low-fat vanilla yogurt. Toddler approved!
2 1/2 cups unbleached, whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup golden brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups mini chocolate chips
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Mix.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix.
- Combine dry ingredients with yogurt mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop batter using a tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
