As I’ve stated before, I LOVE MY CROCKPOT. I love the ease of throwing the ingredients into the pot in the morning, then coming home to a warm, cooked meal for my whole family to enjoy. This is another family favorite, which also freezes well! We make this about once a month and freeze half for later. Doing this, we’re able to have Taco Soup anytime we want! And it’s even gluten free if you have dietary needs. I personally love mine without the ground beef, but you can easily add it in if you want yours meaty.
Ingredients:
2 cans Kidney Beans
2 cans Pinto Beans
1 can corn
1 can (4 oz) green chilies
2 cans Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
1 can Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 Packet Powder Ranch
1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
(2 lbs Browned Ground Beef)
Toppings:
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Tortilla Chips
Olives
Chives
Directions:
1) Brown the ground beef if you choose to add it
2) Combine all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours depending on your crockpot’s mood 🙂
3) Enjoy!
