8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 stick, salted butter
2 cups Parmesan/Romano cheese blend, grated
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (substitute w/ marinated artichoke hearts )
4 oz can green chilies, chopped
10 oz frozen, thawed, & drained spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2-1 tablespoon Tabasco
Melt butter, cream cheese, sour cream and cheese on low in saucepan. Add in artichoke hearts and green chilies. Add in spinach and garlic. Add in desired amount of hot sauce. Serve warm. Goes great with crackers or sliced french or sourdough bread!
